Couples Sound Healing Session
Similar to a personal sound healing session, couples (or close friends/family) will lie or sit comfortably while healing instruments are played. This session is designed to not only heal the individual, but strengthen the bond between the couple and heal past wounds.

Guided Personal Healing Meditation
One of the original uses for Tibetan bowls was meditation. In this guided experience, you will be able to select and play one of my bowls while participating in a unique experience we will design together based on your needs and desires.
Your custom experience might include: playing the bowls, silence, toning, visioning, breath work, or simply learning to sit with silence or sound.
